I made a complaint to Dubai Municapality regarding with my issue to Majestic Pest Control. But it seems that due to a huge complaints everyday, they did not get back to me and hopeless.

I will appreciate for those suggestions and help, regarding with my issue to one company that I paid for our pest control and still no result and pest was still there in my house.

They were each told they have tp pay AED 200 as EID costs as well as AED 40 “service fees”. On inquiry they were told this is for the empost delivery of the completed ID card to the home address.

I am therefore surprised to receive SMS from Empost asking them to come to the Empost office to collect the ID!

Why then the deduction of AED 40 service charges for delivery? Should Empost not fullfill their obligations and deliver the card to the home address? Why are we being charged for a service not rendered??
Appreciate if you could look into this as if I have to go to the post to collect the ID, then I want my AED 40 per card refunded.
