My du internet key i recharged with 200 dhirhams for my monthly 10 gb usage. but Du has given me only 2gb. when i placed a complaint they said their technical team shall revert back within 48 hours but its now more than 48 hours and no positive response till date.

My company is using Du mobile services, land line internet services but since three months the are not sending bills to us and the customer service takes only compains but no action, without sending the bill the are asking us to pay the bills, how is it possible to pay the bills without knowing what are the charges that have been charged, and then we get a call saying that they will disconnect the lines and we have to just make the payments without the bills, whome should we go for this issue please advice.

Wrong deductions by Etisalat

I took SIM from Etisalat in the month of June 2010, and I am facing trouble with wrong deductions in June and July 2010. On complaining about the customer care they are giving lame excuses without logic at all.

1. I took the SIM on 08.06.2010 and activated on the same date. But, as per Etisalat I dialed on 07.06.2010.

2. I didnot request for any special service. But Etisalat deducting for special service of MTV (mobile TV). And if we can go through their website, for Mobile TV service there is a long procedure which involed SMS’s from both the customer and service provider.
Without my request, without their confirmation how can they provide services and deduct money without any intimation?

Please do needful in this matter. I suspect the liability of Etisalat, they may continue deduct without informing me.
