Description

I have often received calls from the above mentioned number and whenever I pick up the call, the operator at the other end says she wants to talk to someone in Arabic. I have tried calling the same number, however it is not a registered number and comes up as unobtainable.

I am not sure how to address this and to whom to complain.

Kindly suggest.
