Du Mobile and Land line billing

My company is using Du mobile services, land line internet services but since three months the are not sending bills to us and the customer service takes only compains but no action, without sending the bill the are asking us to pay the bills, how is it possible to pay the bills without knowing what are the charges that have been charged, and then we get a call saying that they will disconnect the lines and we have to just make the payments without the bills, whome should we go for this issue please advice.
