Misinformed by Standard Chartered Bank

Description
Standard Chartered Bank respresentative sold Platinum credit card on the basis that it is free for life time. After the completion of 1 year, the Bank has imposed a charge of Dh 750.
There is no accountability from the Bank’s side for the misrepresentation made by their representative.
