I have booked my ticket online with Spicejet (DXB – DELHI), Travel Date : 26/July/2012
Due to some emergency, I had pre-pone my ticket from 26/Jul to 24/Jul
For the same, I called to Spiejet Toll free No on 24/Jul and the telebanking executive connected me to IVR system and suggested to enter my credit card details to pay the difference amount charges. I did the same but the charges was deducted and the ticket was not pre-poned. Again I tried for the second time,The ticket was not pre-poned but the charges was deducted. Atlast it was advised to do the same online. I did the same, paid the charges and the ticket was pre-poned.
In actual, I paid 3 times instead of one. I put my request to Spicejet for the reversal of 2 extra transactions due to their faulty IVR. They reversed the amount for 1 transaction but not the last one. I am following up with them from last 03 months for the reversal of the pending transaction but no success. I have sent them my credit card statements which proves the payment for 3 times with the reversal of 1 transaction from them and requesting them to reverse the pending amount but no success.
I would like to take this case now to consumer forum/court and can be available with all my credit card details proving the all 3 transactions/1 reversal along with the communication with Spice jet from last 3 months to prove myself.
I look forward to hear from the authority.
