I have taken a Nakheel flat on rent. There were huge maintenace problem in the flat. I am following with the Nakheel and Imdaad to get it fixed but they are giving new committment time every time i called. There services are very poor and system they is pathetic.

It been more that half month since i shifted in the flat but no maintenace has been done so far.

Please beware before takeing any flat from nakheel.

I don’t know how helpful will this post for me.
