Lulu Exchange Misleading customers

We had visited lulu exchange to send 60,000 AED to India with the Gold card which we had holded to get good price. The rate they had commited was 15.58 with the gold card. They have completed the typing and said we cant process this rate, we can give only 15.55 which is with out gold card price. We asked to give card price they said rate dropped, which was not true. Truth was they could not process at that rate because it was my husbands income. They had hide the rule that source of income person only should have the gold card.

Went to supervisor to raise the issue she defended her self and said we have this rule that, we want acknoledgement of the source of income person. I asked why did you have not informed when we asked to process this much amount with the card.For that she said, we did a favour even though your husband do not have card we have given him the gold card price, which is against rules. If no gold card how can she give the gold card price(you can calearly catch at this point mistake was happened)

This was happened completely because of their employee mistake. The person who took my details should inform at the first point that this rule exists, which he did not. He had trasfered the money and said we cant do any thing now. There is no any action from the supervisor on this matter instead she had blamed us.

I suggest dont go to these branded exchanges and do not get cheated. Small exchanges give good price and better service.
