I have bought a Toshiba laptop from form Jacky’s from Sharjah city centre on dt. 20th Jan 2012. Just after one month laptop went blank just a blue screen. When I took to the service centre, they informed that HDD of the system need to replace and returned me the system in one week after replacing the HDD. Again with in the one week laptop started automatically shut down and restart, not once but repeated same in every 1 or 1 and half hour. When I took the laptop to the service centre, they informed that main board has some default and need to replace the same. After 2weeks the they returned me the laptop saying main board has replaced and they have taken an extensive test on the system and found all right. Just after 2days of their assurance to day i.e., on 28th March 2012, same problem surfaced, auto shut and restart. In the mean while I wrote a mail to Toshiba UAE at their email I D and claimed for a replacement. And got denial reply.
My request to you kindly advise me how I will get a replacement. Secondly kindly advice is there any warranty or guaranty for a consumer’s money or only they have forfeit once they bought any default product by mistake.
